What the fuck is taking us so long?

I wish I could explain all the details of it people, but please know we are working. We don't know when the tape will be done, but we know we are going to finish it. Sorry for the delays and all the bull shit. I honestly wish "Beer Money" was done last year, but that isn't how it goes with music. I just want to say that its going to be a classic tape. We have our studio set up and we're working on getting our quality all the way up. Just keep f*ckin' with us.

What up blog world? VarCity Blues is still working on Beer Money so dont worry. We just don't have much time during the school year. School comes first...unless of course we get a deal. Last month we got 2 tracks finished, so I think we probably have about 5 total now. We hope to have the tape out by July, but I mean, does anyone ever really mean what they say regarding the album dropping?

WHO THE HELL ARE WE?

Greetings cyber world. Welcome to the official blog of the hip hop duo Varcity Blues. Not to be confused with Varsity Blues, the single greatest piece of cinema ever created. Well, not exactly. Just don't get the two twisted.

A Little Something About Us:
Our names are T-Mo and Legacy. We're both college students coming from Centreville, Virginia trying to make it in the game. Basically, we've got real lyrics, raw energy, and a love for hip hop.

We started writing together about a year ago and our styles vibed. Everytime you hear a Varcity Blues track I can assure you of two things. 1. We've spit our hearts out 2. What we say is 100% authentic. The two of us rap because we love to do it and for bitches...Nah, seriously we just do it because we love to do it. From now until we make it we're going to be updating this blog and we hope you check out our progress.
